Shipping
We ship driveshaft kits, yokes, U-joints and complete driveshafts from our shop in Medley (Miami), Florida to every address in the lower 48 states.
- Cost: free Ground shipping on every order. Expedited shipping (2-Day or Overnight) is available on request — message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll quote it.
- Handling time: in-stock kits leave within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Custom driveshafts and kits we cut, weld and balance for you take 1–3 business days to build.
- Transit time: 2–5 business days by UPS or FedEx Ground depending on your state. Florida and the Southeast usually arrive in 1–2 days.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email (and WhatsApp if you ordered through it) the day your package ships.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international: contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
- Local pickup: choose pickup at checkout or just come by 8125 NW 93rd St, Medley, FL 33166. We'll text you when it's ready.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to get the right kit the first time — that's why we confirm your fit before we ship. If something is still wrong:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for kits and parts that are unused, uninstalled, uncut and in their original condition.
- How to start a return: message us on WhatsApp at (305) 766-7011 or email with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization and the address.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged — then we send a prepaid label.
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping was free, so the full product price is refunded.
- Not returnable: custom-built driveshafts, kits that we have cut, welded or balanced to your measurements, and parts that have been installed or modified. These are covered by our warranty instead.
- Exchanges: ordered a 1350 and need a 1410? Contact us — we'll swap it for the right series and only charge the price difference.
Warranty
- Kits and parts: 1-year manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects. Parts are new, never used or reconditioned.
- Driveshafts we build or repair: parts and labor warranty on our workmanship — welds, straightness and balance. If a shaft we built vibrates, bring it back and we re-balance it at no charge.
- Not covered: damage from incorrect installation, wrong angles or lift geometry, abuse, racing damage, or modifications after delivery. Installation on the vehicle is the customer's responsibility; we are happy to advise your mechanic by phone.
Damaged or wrong item?
Open your package on arrival. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship the replacement right away with a prepaid return label for the original.

Frequently asked questions
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every kit, yoke, U-joint and complete driveshaft ordered from our online store ships free by UPS or FedEx Ground anywhere in the lower 48 states. Expedited options are available on request.
How long until I get my kit?
In-stock kits ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days. Florida orders usually arrive in 1–2 days. Custom driveshafts take 1–3 business days to build before shipping.
Can I return a driveshaft kit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, uncut and uninstalled. Custom-built shafts and kits we have cut or welded for you are not returnable but are covered by warranty.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged — in that case we send a prepaid label.
Do you install the driveshaft?
No. We sell and build the part only. You or your mechanic remove the old driveshaft and install the new one. We're glad to walk your mechanic through it by phone.
What if the kit I ordered doesn't fit?
Contact us before cutting or welding anything. We'll confirm your measurements and exchange the kit for the right series, charging only the price difference.
